📝 Ingredients:
Meat and vegetables:
500 g pork loin
300 g chicken liver
300 g fresh pork belly
2 carrots
1 parsley root
¼ celery root
2 yellow onions
2 garlic cloves
Additional ingredients and spices:
2 eggs
1 bread roll (soaked in milk)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tsp marjoram
½ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
1 tbsp butter (for frying)
Butter + breadcrumbs for the pan
