Cloud cake without milk

Here’s how you do it: First, preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius (340 degrees Fahrenheit) with regular oven temperature (top and bottom heat).

Now line the bottom and inside of a springform pan with baking paper.

Then separate the eggs. Then beat the egg yolks together with the sugar until the sugar has dissolved.

Then add the cornstarch and baking powder and mix well. Then add the yogurt to the bowl and mix everything thoroughly.

Now beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold the beaten egg whites into the batter.

Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for about 50 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through and golden brown.

Then beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Then let the cake cool, remove from the tin and sprinkle with icing sugar.

Enjoy your meal!
